Recognizing the critical importance of prompt and issue-free delivery in enhancing customer experience and brand perception, the company emphasizes having a clear and accessible delivery policy. This policy delineates the handling procedures for orders, instructions for addressing order-related problems, and methods for customer notification about any issues. 

Delivery & Collection


The goods offered on SMARTOICE BD PVT LIMITED are intended to be sold on its distributor/supplier to end consumers residing in Bangladesh.


        Customer may choose between doorsteps delivery and self-collection while purchasing online or from our Chittagong, Rangamati and all regional districts Stores. The delivery options are specified during the process of customer order.


        We delivered customers order by using – 3PL (Third Party Logistics) such as Pathao, RedX, Tiger, Sundarban Courier, etc.


        The Products shall be packaged in accordance with SMARTOICE BD PVT LIMITED standard packing procedures.  We reserve the right to accommodate any specific packing instructions from customer and in such cases additional charges which may apply shall be paid by the customer.


        We provide quick and fast delivery all over Bangladesh such as 3 hours and next day delivery. We may contact customer if an estimated delivery time 2days–4days cannot be met by the 3PL.


        In some rural area unable to reach customer doorsteps. SMARTOICE BD PVT LIMITED, request customers to collect the order goods from nearest 3PL branch from customers. 

        If, for any reason, there is a delay t\in the dispatch or delivery of your order, we will notify you immediately via email or phone, providing you with an update estimated delivery date.

        We strongly advise customer to check the apparent condition of items ordered during delivery time in the presence of the delivery man. In the event of a problem (damaged packaging or missing, damaged or broken items), customer shall describe the condition of the parcel being refused in detail on the delivery note.
